My Residential Property Manager is Ishmael Haque who I cannot praise too highly. Every item of expenditure is brought to my notice, however small, for my approval. All work is undertaken by him after competitive quotes have been obtained and accepted by me. Today I have leaned how delighted my Tenants are by work he has arranged.

Daniel he’s doing very well. RIB has now been managing our apartment for three or four months and so far any problem that has a arisen he’s jumped onto straightaway. He is easily contactable and always responds to me quickly. He asked me to review early on but I didn’t have the benefit of any problems with which to make observations. I now have, and he is doing good and looking after us well. Long may it continue.

Lee Koffman did an excelletn , efficient and energetic job for us in the sale of a flat in London w1.He was unfazed by constant prevarications by the purchaser and met and overcame every hitch head on . We would certainly instruct him again .

Cheats, liars, unprofessional!
Rented a Flat from them and when I moved in, I discovered heating wasn't working, door opening intercom system wasn't working, poor water pressure, dripping sink faucet, tripping oven.
No resolution has been provided, been living without heating for over a week in this cold weather. All I get is a typical "Sorry for the inconvenience" reply from them.
Please stay away from renting or trusting them.

He updated us every step of the way, and he connected us with experts for the necessary assessments, quotes, and repairs.
