From the very beginning, she made sure everything was perfect — the property was professionally cleaned and freshly repainted before I moved in, which made settling in such a pleasant experience. During my time there, we didn’t have many issues, but when something did come up, she was always on top of it.

For example, when the boiler unexpectedly stopped working, she arranged for an emergency plumber to be on-site within just a few hours. We also had a small ant issue at one point, which was promptly and effectively dealt with. Nothing was ever too much trouble — her responsiveness and care really made a difference.

Even at the end of the tenancy, Iva continued to look after us. She ensured that our move-out process was smooth and stress-free, which we really appreciated.

Thanks again, it’s been a genuinely great experience and I’m so grateful for how well you looked after us.

The property manager is extremely professional and kind, something that is sometimes difficult to find in London ! The minor issue I pointed out was immediately fixed.

In the US we call these people slumlords. They rent dilapidated flats to unsuspecting Americans at exorbitant prices, then withhold your security deposit based on imagined damages to the premises- despite the fact that the flat was in horrible condition in the first place. We are warning university students not to have anything to do with these brokers in the future.

Iva has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. I've stayed at the property with RIB for 1.5 years and have moved recently to try out a new part of London. Can't speak enough of how helpful she has been through my stay from the start, during and recently having moved out. Iva was able to help with any queries I had (which was a few considering it was my first time living in London!) and has made sure my experience has been a good one.

Have been renting a property through RIB for a little over a year and the experience has been incredibly smooth. Property managers Daniel and Ishmael respond to any issues with the flat promptly and in a friendly and professional manner.

RIB has been very good to help fix my issue when the power went off in my flat. Iva contacted me very quickly giving me first pointers to check myself and was preparing to call the electricians if these checks didn't bring the power back. I was impressed by how quickly and level of urgency Iva solved my problem.
