RIB has been an excellent agency to deal with. The flat we rented was in a fantastic central location, making everything easily accessible.
Aslo I’d like to say a heartfelt thank you and sending a big hug to Iva, who has been absolutely fantastic throughout my tenancy.

From the very beginning, she made sure everything was perfect — the property was professionally cleaned and freshly repainted before I moved in, which made settling in such a pleasant experience. During my time there, we didn’t have many issues, but when something did come up, she was always on top of it.

For example, when the boiler unexpectedly stopped working, she arranged for an emergency plumber to be on-site within just a few hours. We also had a small ant issue at one point, which was promptly and effectively dealt with. Nothing was ever too much trouble — her responsiveness and care really made a difference.

Even at the end of the tenancy, Iva continued to look after us. She ensured that our move-out process was smooth and stress-free, which we really appreciated.
