This method is a scientifically proven, innovative treatment, aimed at not just managing but fundamentally transforming one's relationship with alcohol. It allows individuals to gain control over their drinking, whether they choose to reduce their alcohol consumption or cease it altogether. It’s about facilitating choice and empowerment, rather than imposing abstinence, allowing individuals to reshape their lives on their own terms.

Literally life changing for me.
I have suffered with alcohol issues for a long time, my wife found these guys on tiktok and paid for the treatment. I can honestly say it has utterly turned my life around. I was an early signup for these guy and I had Matt as my coach and he was such a nice guy he really helped me to understand how my brain and alcohol are connected. Why more people haven’t heard of the sinclare method is strange as it’s been so good for me. I can still drink, which is amazing, but I no longer care as much about alcohol. It’s like a new way of seeing everything. I couldn’t recommend this enough and I have already convinced my workmate to try it as well.
Totally worth every penny.

I took back control
I have struggled with alcohol for 20 years. I never considered myself an alcoholic I just “liked a drink “. I could go weeks without a drink if I set myself that goal so how could I be an alcoholic. The reality was at the end of these periods of abstinence I would drink double what I used to.
The thing was I didn’t want to quit. I like drinking I like the social side of it. I just couldn’t control it. TSM changed everything. This method has allowed me to regain control of my drinking. I have reduced my alcohol consumption by 80% and I have gained my life back. I can go to social occasions and have a normal night out with my family.
Along side some amazing coaching from Matt and Bruce I cannot recommend this high enough

Amazing!!
Rethink drink, changed my life, for the better in so many ways! I’d tried almost everything, I wish I’d heard of this sooner, it seems too good to be true doesn’t it, but it really doesn’t have to be hard!
Alcohol is an addictive substance, so it still baffles me that people get shocked when others become addicted, whether it’s through learnt behaviour, trauma or a night cap that gradually got out of hand, alcohol is designed to ignite parts of our brain, that keep us wanting that flame! And if you’re anything like me, you chase that flame more often than you’d like.
I’d spent many of nights waking up having anxiety attacks that I was going to die young or not make it to the morning if I kept going on like this, why can’t I be normal, why can’t someone just pass me an extinguisher and make me ‘normal’ well guess what… they can!
As soon as I found rethink drink on TikTok everything Matt and Bruce said made absolute sense to the medic in me, it’s all fact, it’s all science and finally someone is recognising this is a neurological imbalance rather than a disease! Not once did they mention god, or having to clean house, in fact everything they said totally appealed to the drinker in me too, I could keep drinking… (of course I listened to that part first, and just thought I’d do this and keep everyone around me happy).
However, it worked, it actually worked….3 months down the line, and I don’t crave alcohol, it no longer takes up space in my head, I never binge, I pour away more than I drink, and I’ve not been ‘drunk’ since starting TSM. I drink within safe recommended limits, and that’s within 3 months, my liver is getting better, my head is clear, my work and family life have improved drastically, and I’m no longer scared that I won’t make it through the night.
Matt has been the most supportive coach and he has a great sense of humour, and non judgmental attitude- which is exactly what I needed, he gives you that nudge in the right direction, without completely taking over your life. The medication does have one serious side effect though, that’s really important to mention…. You won’t drink 😂 well certainly not as much, and who knows after 3 months, like me, you may even consider giving it up completely because it just doesn’t make you happy anymore, it doesn’t taste the same and there’s just no appeal.
It works. It’s worth the money, and it will change your life, without over complicated alternatives that are out there, this way is simple and effective! I am actually ashamed the NHS and GPs are not using this method more, they probably will eventually but if I’d have waited that long I may not have made it.
Big thank you to Matt, please keep spreading the word and bringing people back to the lives they should be living, whilst naltrexone has been the extinguisher I needed, you’ve been that mentor reminding me how capable I am, and rebuilding my confidence along the way. Thank you so much!

Trust The Process
I contacted Bruce at Alcohol Recovery Scotland in 2020 as my drinking was bothering me. The waking up at 3am, anxiety, not feeling 100%! I had already done a stint in rehab year’s previous plus done the abstinence with AA! But it worked for short periods. I went on the TSM Program taking my Naltrexone one hour before I had a drink with something to eat . I noticed I wasn’t getting that rush with the first drink , also sometimes it I didn’t like the taste. I checked in on a Monday on the programme and had catch up calls with Bruce. I always made sure I took my tablet and waited an hour or more. I found that waiting an hour and a half and always having food before a drink worked better for me. Most times now I take my tablet and don’t bother with a drink . I only have a drink on special occasions now. Best thing is going on holiday and being alcohol free most nights or just having one or two when I do have a drink. No more waking at 3am with anxiety. It did not happen overnight, it was just a case of trusting the process and keep taking the pills.

I have my life back!
Seven months ago, I embarked on a journey with Rethink Drink that I can only describe as incredible. For years, I struggled with my drinking, tirelessly searching for answers through the conventional routes of abstinence-based programmes. The constant battle felt insurmountable, leaving me frustrated and hopeless.
Then I found Rethink Drink and, more specifically, had the fortune of being coached by Matt. To say this experience changed my life would be an understatement. Matt’s approach, grounded in the innovative Sinclair Method combined with personalised coaching, has been nothing short of revolutionary for me.
Before this programme, I felt trapped in an endless cycle of dependency, guilt, and frustration. Now, I’m living a life I didn’t think was possible. I've regained control over alcohol, and with it, a sense of freedom and empowerment I’d lost hope of ever feeling.
What astounds me most is how such a groundbreaking solution isn’t more widely recognised or utilised. There must be thousands of individuals out there, just like me, battling their dependence on alcohol, unaware that a solution like Rethink Drink exists—a solution that doesn’t just offer a temporary fix but a genuine transformation.
Matt and the Rethink Drink programme have not only provided me with the tools to manage my relationship with alcohol but have fundamentally altered my understanding of recovery. It’s a programme I believe needs to be shared far and wide because nobody should have to go through the struggle of traditional methods when such an effective alternative is available.
I am profoundly grateful for Matt’s guidance, support, and the entire Rethink Drink philosophy. If you’re seeking a path out of the cycle of alcohol dependency, this is it. Rethink Drink has been a lifeline for me, offering a beacon of hope when I needed it most. Trust me when I say, it can be that for you too.

The Rethink Drink program is a life changing
The Rethink Drink program is a life, wife and family saving program (not to sound too cliché). I cannot emphasise the effect this little white pill has had, thats not to say its not been hard, hard work and a struggle at times but it has turned my relationship with alcohol around. I have tried numerous times to stop or to cut down on the drink but slowly and surely it creeps back into my life, never leaving me, the want, the need never letting up, but now I have the control not it! The pill and program has put me in full control, I can choose to have a drink or not, I've walked into the shop with the full intention to buy some alcohol, got caught up buying some bread and walked out forgetting to pick some drink up. Never in my life has that happened. Just for some clarity here I was drinking to excess, I've had times waking up not knowing where I've been, who I've been with or what I've done. Before starting the program I had done a lot of work, I got myself from over 100units plus a week to 70ish but the pull and tug continued to be there. I then met Matt and the program. Look, you have to admit to yourself you have a problem, want to change your relationship with alcohol (yes you can still have a relationship). Why this pill is not widely available makes no sense. Game changing 5 star program all the way, Matt is approachable and easy to talk too, he knows and understands. P

The best investment I have made and I could not recommend it more highly.
Matt was so supportive and understanding and having someone who had experienced the same things was a source of great comfort and peace. Having the calls with Matt helped hold me accountable and provided a real safe space to talk my anxieties through.
TSM provided me the missing piece of the puzzle, something that AA and therapy never could. The best investment I have made and I could not recommend it more highly.
My advice to anyone debating TSM: do it, follow the instructions and trust the process!

Life Changing
started on The Sinclair Method (TSM) in June and it has changed my life. I was a weekend drinker, frequently consuming one and a half or two bottles of wine plus a cocktail or two on a Friday and Saturday plus the occasional Thursday or Sunday. Every time I drank I felt unable to stop and experienced black-outs. Surprisingly, no-one was aware that I was having these black-outs every time despite me having to be reminded how I got home or even where we had been. I was always hung-over on weekend mornings and spent a lot of time in bed with paracetamol and hanganxiety.
I was increasingly worried about my drinking but despite my best efforts -many sober Octobers, Novembers, Januarys - I was unable to limit myself to a couple of drinks.
So, I contacted Bruce at Alcohol Recovery Scotland as I had been told about naltrexone by a friend. After my initial contact I had a Zoom conversation with Bruce and then one with a consultant Psychiatrist. I was then able to be prescribed naltrexone which, along with my weekly chats with Bruce, has changed my life.
Bruce has explained to me that my inability to control my drinking is not some terrible weakness on my part but, in fact, a chemical process in my brain that is in no way under my control. My brain “ overreacts” to alcohol and wants more and more to keep getting the good feeling. The naltrexone TSM prescribes simply blocks this process. From the first time I took it I was aware of how much I was drinking and rapidly came to feel in control of alcohol rather than it controlling me. This has been life-changing. I can go to social events and have a couple of drinks! I can have more if I want, but I will be choosing to have them. The number of units I drink has gone from 40+ a week to an average of 4.
I chat with Bruce on a weekly basis. It is not counselling per se but a friendly, supportive chat with guidance and encouragement. His only rule is that I take a tablet an hour before I drink. I know that if I needed I could call or text Bruce at any time if was struggling.
It has been a challenge to accept that I am not a weak or bad person because I could not control my drinking but TSM is scientifically proven with properly run trials to support it, so, I trusted the science. It certainly works.
Thanks to Bruce and TSM my relationships, sleep, anxiety, confidence and general well-being are all massively improved. It is no exaggeration to say this is a game changer.
I highly recommend Bruce Rose and Rethink Drink
