Paid for a villa but got a small room
They booked another accommodation than what I paid for (room in stead of a villa). We didn’t fit in the room so I had to pay extra for another room. Their support team consists of totally incompetent people.
I writed to them, they offered 20% refund of the first booking. And the other room I had to book extra ? And where’s the villa I paid for? This is a SCAMMING website.
Cancellation Policy
OMG these folk are seriously BAD. I paid the cancellation fee and then a couple weeks before I needed to move the booking date. That couldn't be done so I advised to cancel. Nothing? I rang the Hyatt on Sydney Harbour to say I was cancelling - couldnt do anything as I needed to deal with Reservation.com. That was a complete waste of time and no refund. Please dont ever use these folk. I have used Booking.com many times and and have never come across what these folk a like at Reservation.com Do yourself a Favour and use someone else.
Do not use
Do not use. Took card details, asked for a TIP! booking never went through.
A somewhat strange website, but my booking worked out fine.
All the bad reviews made me worried that something was not right with the booking, and the hotel did not contact me before arrival, although their sister hotel in Reykjavik that I had booked through Expedia for later in the week contacted me a month in advance asking about anything the needed to help me with.
However, there was no problem with the booking when I contacted the hotel, so in my case at least, no issues, and the price was slightly lower than using e.g. Expedia or others.
I also noted the bizarre request for tips when I booked via their webpage.
Probably will not use again tbh, but thought it was fair to at least say that in my case, the booking worked out alright.

Refused refund for accidental double-booking caused by confusing website
I had a bad experience recently and would not recommend using them.
I accidentally did the same booking twice, and they refused to refund the first mistaken one. Specifically, when I first attempted to book the hotel room, an SMS 2FA window popped up to use my credit card. I didn't have access to the phone that received the SMS, so I clicked to cancel giving the authentication and the browser window became blank. I assumed the booking did not go through. I then booked again at the same hotel for the same timespan. Unexpectedly to me, it turned out the credit card payment actually went through the first time even without the code. I explained all this to their customer support and they refused to refund it, over multiple emails. They even tried to blame the hotel, though the person at the hotel I talked to said they would talk to Reservation Day if asked.
I did a credit card chargeback and much later heard from "Super.com Disputes Support" which said "Hello from Reservation Day," so I guess Super.com is the same or a related company. They did not respond when I explained this with copies of all correspondence and reiterated my request to be refunded.
I told them I would post a negative online review if they didn't refund me or agree to the chargeback, so here is the negative review. I'm still waiting to see what the credit card company eventually does.
Strange Website; stay away
This is a strange website. If you are reading these reviews after booking, you probably feel like you've been scammed. And from the looks of things you *might* have been scammed - there are simply too many bad experiences posted online to deny the possibility. But for me this website *did* work, without issues. I phoned the hotel after booking, and they had it. I was stressed that reservationday might have some complex mechanism to scam me, but at least in my case I had no issue checking in, no extra fees, etc. 3 stars are because the website has such a bad reputation/unclear rules and regulations that it added an incredible amount of stress to my trip.
My advice: do not book with these people, because it's not worth the risk for the savings. Booking with an established website like booking.com, or directly with the hotel, should be the only way you book hotels.
Total false advertising of prices
Total false advertising of prices, you can never book anything, total click bait. These cow boys should be investigated
Débit réel, service faux.
Débit réel, réservation inexistante...
Money for them, no booking for you...
Better than expected. Smooth Booking, No Hidden Fees
After reading the reviews, I was a little hesitant. I even worried my booking might not exist or that hidden fees would pop up. But in the end, everything worked out perfectly.
I got a great hotel deal with no issues.
Got a great deal for a apart hotel…
Got a great deal for a apart hotel through Google hotels. Booked it and later saw the poor reviews for the website. However when I called the hotel to confirm the booking, they confirmed that it's valid and have checked in without any problems.
Scam from the start
Funny scammers. Offered an attractive price, the price increased 20% after u click a link. Then they ask for a tip 10% 'for save a money for you'. You skip tipping and after a few minutes wait your booking will be rejected 😆😆

Booking experience with Reservation Day
I just made a booking and confirmed at the same time directly with the hotel that it is legit. I was a bit scared after reading these negative reviews but at the end I booked a hotel at lower rate and all is good:)
Dont use these scammers
Was going to book through them as cheapest option but when I clicked to see the deal there was no mention of the supposed breakfast. Made me suspicious so read these reviews and I entirely agree that they are a scam site. How Google can let them get away with it I don't know, unless they are in on it too.
