Poor service

Poor service! I reserved a car for 10:30 PM and included my flight number. They don't have a counter and I couldn't find them anywhere outside. I had to ask other people on the street for them, until I saw a small white Kia Picanto from Weego. I asked him, and he told us to go to him. He took us further to the parking lot, and in the meantime, we arrived at the other man's house at 11:10 PM. The man said, "You have to pay €50 for being late." First of all, I couldn't find them anywhere. I spent over 30 minutes searching inside and out. And the plane landed a bit later than planned. I left the car for him and canceled the reservation! I reserved for €50 and wanted to add insurance for €46, and then I'd have to pay another €50 for being late. There are plenty of other reputable agencies where I can rent.
