The service and support is excellent as is the equipment we have have purchased. However, the label stock is a constant challenge. The adhesive on the latest version is so aggressive, it gums up the sensor on the labeling machine. We have to clean it every case or so!

Our printer stopped working because (we think) of low ink. We installed new tanks but the printer said tanks were empty so it wouldnt print even though they were full. We were start printing labels for a baby shower and a wedding and didnt have time to send it in, or so we thought. The tech team reached out to us and offered to ship a rebuilt one if we sent our in. Within 48 hours we were printing again like nothing ever happened.

Printer came on time. Had some issue with color's printing. Called the Primera customer care. They were on the phone about an hour to fix my issue. Needed some sample white matte BOPP. They sent it to me in a couple of days. We figured out together what’s the problem was. Good customer care.
