Bought some leather cleaner for my car. Unfortunately the large bottle had leaked. Sent pictures over to show the issue and the team there were very helpful and sent me replacement without problems.

Another reviewer has mentioned this, I also was asked to add a tip on the checkout page of the website. What is going on here with this company? They collect the product from the shelf, put it in a box with a label on it and wait for the courier to collect.

I liked the reviews for some of Adams products so I used Prestige Car Care Shop to add several items to the basket, about £120 or so.
Clicked on checkout, and it then asks for a tip 😲 a tip for packing the box and handing it to the courier.
THIS IS A UK WEBSITE.
It may be okay on their US site but this is the UK where people are protected by law to obtain a living wage.
I will never use these people.
