Jonathan helped me moving from Brazil to Netherlands and years later the other way around.

Both times I had excellent services, he really cares about his clients.

I can't recommend him enough.

Moving from to Brazil is a complex process with many rules and regulations for shipping belongings. I had to deal with a variety of people in the company and their partner organizations and everyone responded quickly to issues that arose with clarity and support. I highly recommend them for international shipments.

I have used so many removals companies in my life but Premier Relocation just blew me away. We were let down at the last minute but Chris worked tirelessly to fit us in and also to navigate a number of last minute crises which meant the contents of a 4,000 sq ft house needed to go into storage with no notice. The crew was of such a high standard. They were polite, efficient and consistently went the extra mile. I honestly won’t use anyone else for removals ever again and I’m probably going to become a bore recommending them to everyone!!

We were very satisfied with the way Premier handled our international move. They responded quickly to all our questions and our stuff arrived in perfect condition. The only thing is that we would have liked to have been informed about the necessary paperwork at the country of destination beforehand. That would have saved us some trouble. But on the other hand, Premier helped us resolve it. Definitely recommend this company!

I did not have a perfect experience with Premier Relocations, but my goods arrived safely. The first point of contact (Jonathan) was very responsive and patient, but I had some communication issues with my coordinator (long reply times, confusing answers and couldn’t reach her on my delivery date). My pickup date had to be rescheduled twice, without prior warning, so that was a bit annoying. Aside from the bumps on the road, the company is reliable and delivered the goods safely. Jonathan did reach out to me to check on how the delivery went, and I appreciated the opportunity to give some feedback.

I would like to thank Premier Relocations for the punctuality and feedback during the process of my move from the US to Brazil. I was very well instructed from the beginning regarding the documentation that would be necessary. The employees were extremely punctual and respectful of my home they were very organized and thorough. Each bag was packed as if they were gifts, my boxes were labeled as to what was inside, bags and boxes received a barcode and everything was scanned.
All my belongs were put in a big container on the truck which was labeled with my name and address.
I received everything within the stipulated deadline without any problems. There were no broken or damaged products. As I said at the beginning, everything was done with great professionalism. Thank you very much to the Premier Relocations team, especially Jonathan Seabra (General Manager) and Renata Gomes (Coordinator).
