Nice company to work with. I have built 2 homes with their product and it went well. Everything was delivered neatly as agreed and the attached drawings are clear and easy to execute.

As an architect in The Netherlands I designed my own contemporary house (cubic-style). Looking for a partner for building this in a wooden structure, I was very ammused by the quality (Heavy and sturdy wall elements) of the wooden structure, especially compared to Dutch prefab builders (who are much more lightweight). Communication went very well, ordering went smooth and all delivered on time. A Dutch local contractor mounted the walls and floors, drawings were very clear.

I order a prefab on my custom design. They proceeded to do all the calculations based on the roof load I usually get with snow in Sweden. Once I approved the technical drawings they built it, numbered it a load it on two 18 wheeler truck shipped by ferry and delivered it to me.
During the process I added a garage, then all windows and doors, always very accurate with estimates so much that since we needed only two trucks and I had originally paid for three, they promptly return that cost to my bank account.

We did a beautiful project in the Netherlands and found Framehouse to be a pleasant and communicative party. They are clear in what is possible and what is not possible. All the steps in the process are well explained. The building materials were of very good quality as our carpenters confirmed. I would do a project with them again.

Our first contact with FrameHouse was made after a web search for timber frame producers that could help us build our house. The contact has been pleasant and professional from start to finish, with clear steps and deliverables along the way, moving from the design phase to the actual composition of each of the walls, complemented with several calculations on the load bearing capacity and a final product that was made to measure and exactly like we agreed. A site visit to their beautifully constructed factory just outside Riga was a great way to get to know the company. They were pro-actively helping to make several design/construction choices to adapt the design of the house to their specific working methods. The prefabricated timber frame came with clear instructions and was quick to assemble, resulting in the entire frame to have been built in 7 working days with a crew of 3-4 people without prior experience.
We really appreciate the contribution that the Frame House staff made to making our house a reality!

We bought a passive house at a very affordable price. The frame is of excellent quality, construction is very strong. The delivery was on time. We are not a building firm, just consumers but the team from Frame House guided us very well through the buying process. Communication was pleasant, sometimes a bit strictly. Maybe a cultural difference. Anyway, we are very satisfied with the result. A beautiful house, which comes into your reach with the Frame House concept.

We are glad we chose FrameHouse. It is a solid company with a lot of knowledge. Thanks to FrameHouse's advice, our project became even more beautiful. FrameHouse works in a structured and fast way. Assembly is relatively simple so any carpenter can assemble the parts. Next project, we will definitely enter into another collaboration.

Over-dimensioned construction compared to Dutch timber builders. We have been working with our cooperative construction company, Bouw Alliantie, together with Frame House for quite some time now and have delivered several structural shells, some turnkey, and others just the shell. Every time, I am amazed by the quality of the wood and the robust construction they use. It is a pleasure to work with these biobased materials. The communication with Frame House is also accurate and professional.

You are very unprofessional individuals with poor communication abilities. We speak five languages and could not reach you in any of them.Five attempts were made to get in touch with them, and each time, we received a different letter from someone asking the same questions—Filip, Oleya, etc.We were prepared to buy two houses from them.I won't recommend it to anyone, and you lost not only the big deal but also potential clients in the future.Stay away from this company.

Excellent quality of work! I personally observed their project in Rotterdam this summer. The

Frame-House built my house in Sweden the way they did a hundred years ago — using solid
wooden beams and taking into account the weight of the snow load. Even though the design of
my house was hand-drawn, their engineers perfectly calculated all the structural details.
