Payout worked with 33% fee now. Had to pay 30EU for my 90Eu in PLU. I will sell and never use it again.

I highly recommend everyone doing the same.

From good to scam in few months

It was good until October 2024, when they retroactively changed their Terms and Conditions. This led to exploitative practices toward customers and significant financial losses for those who had invested. As of February 2025, it has become nothing more than a scam. While their advertisements appear promising, the reality is that their offerings are unattainable. They have designed their system in a way that makes it nearly impossible to expose their deception in a brief Trustpilot review, so I won’t waste my time.

Used to be a good bank, now it's just fooling the customers. They deny almost all payouts except you're a high spender, introduced horrendous fees when paying out through gift cards (minimum of 50% up to 80%) and don't offer any customer support at all.

Used to be good, now just scammy.

Dreadful, never ending rule change company, that will do everything it can to stop you claiming the cashback rewards that they owe you. Well they'll ask you to pay even more actual money to them to consider it.

Last straw was offering a free payout, but then going back on it, saying it was a mistake. After changing the rules again to make transferring your PLU to an external wallet pretty much mandatory going forward.

Do yourself a favour, avoid ripping your hair out and give this lot a wide berth.

Absolute total scam.After investing for…

Absolute total scam.After investing for about good 6 months,initially on forex then stocks,leaving the rewards to built up.When I asked for the %as advertised to be transferred, they asked me to pay the total amount of their brokerage fee which was quite substantial as I my returns on the account have accumulated to 422,300 euros.They declined to transfer giving me excuses and eventually blocking my account. Now I can't access and they stopped calling me despite my attempt to find out where they have disappeared. They have basically ruined me.No humanity.Professional crooks.

They keep moving the goal posts, you save their token to reach a certain tier and then they drastically increase the requirements over and over again. Have been a loyal customer for more than 2 years but the last months they keep screwing you over.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I have used this service for over a year but with constant t&c changes and subscription fee increases I chose to downgrade. I tried to spend my remaining balance but transactions were declined so then I decided to swap my earned PLU for vouchers only to then have my account blocked I can no longer log in and have only had a standard response from support for over 2 weeks saying they have high ticket numbers and to bear with them. I have £40 in vouchers I cant access and a further £38 stuck in my account and the rest of my earned PLu rewards. Absolutely no customer service and a company who are happy to unlawfully keep their customers money.

Avoid!

Avoid!
Advertised services are not available or behind high fees. I've been a paid user for a long time, but my services and benefits have been degraded again and again. Currently I have paid for a gift card with euro and plu, but I have not received it. It is stuck on 'creating' for weeks and not available. Customer service doesn't progress past we are looking into it. No real outlook. In the meantime, I am unable to view the giftcards, without paying for a subscription, in short being held hostage.

Avoid this scam company who retroactively changes T&C.

Avoid at all costs

Plutus was previously an excellent business but something changed and today's Plutus is unrecognisable to the past Plutus. They previously encouraged and guided customers to cash out their PLU directly on exchanges but now that's effectively banned. They also recently introduced extortionate withdrawal fees of 33%, previously it was a flat £15. Last year they advertised upcoming giftcards and clearly stated in their white paper that 1 PLU would equal a £10 giftcard. There was no small print, it was very clear that 1 = £10. However, now the giftcards have arrived it's still 1 PLU for £10 BUT with an £8 fee. They also swap and change their plans all the time, so you'll never have a clear and definite idea of where the company is going. I'll never use their service again. I now have over 200 PLU (over £200 worth at the current value) trapped in my account. I either pay the up front 33% cash withdrawal fee or I exchange them for giftcards but pay £8 per card. Costing me over £1,600 to get minimal discount on the giftcard value. I refuse to take either option and Plutus customer service refuse to release the PLU that I earned while paying £19.99 a month subscription. In my opinion you should avoid Plutus at all costs.

This company refuses to pay out (fiat)…

This company refuses to pay out (fiat) money, card transactions get declined and you get put into sleep mode. You are supposed to be able to use the web app but even that gets restricted to just viewing your account statements and balance, you cannot do anything. Support ignores you for at least a week. If you say you want your money on their Telegram you get banned. Censorship is starting to kick in on all their socials.
