Possibly the biggest joke of a company…

Possibly the biggest joke of a company in history. Please do some research before even considering going anywhere near them.

They lie, change terms with no notice, backdate rules. They also censor anyone who dares question what they are doing. Try and find one of their official forums where you can speak freely... there aren't any, it's like North Korea.

To top it off, the guy who runs it can't handle the fact that he's useless and blames everyone but himself for how terrible the business is. He's a laughing stock to everyone but himself and his team of weirdo minions.

Seriously though, avoid Plutus like the plague, you won't regret it

Shameful Company run by an Embarrassment to CEOs

The deluded and desperate responses of whoever is replying to these reviews is quite frankly embarrassing. If you truly believe what you are saying, I feel very sorry for you.

Like many others, I was quite happy with Plutus for a while. However, I cannot pay out any of my earned cashback, the fees for gift cards currently stands at 80%, yet I am paying £19.99/month for what?

The CEO comes across as someone who has completely lost the plot. How he has been allowed to remain in charge for so long is astonishing.

I will be charging back all fees paid to this company from my bank, as they have not delivered on anything they said they would. I will also be making a complaint to the FOS.

Please, please if anyone reading this thinking of signing up to Plutus. DO NOT!!

I can only assume that the response from Plutus is some kind of automated joke. It makes no sense, has no relation to the concerns I raised and basically makes a mockery of my issues

So far so good!

Great to see a fintech based in the north!

Clean app that seems to be regularly updated. Great card design that can be added to Google Pay.

Would like to see notifications and biometric login enabled, hopefully these are being worked on...

Not great with refunds but otherwise good concept

As several others have reported, they seem to have a major issue with refunds. I had been waiting patiently for over a week and no sign in my account. I just contacted them to be told the refund was "stuck on their system" and would now take a further 7-10 days to credit my Zilch account, then who knows before it gets back to my bank!! Unacceptable in this day and age

Edit: replied to your message with details required and have heard nothing back...

Edit 2: Still no response, but refund received back to my account in a couple of days and a subsequent refund credited straight away. Hopefully they've sorted it...
