This is a scam website do not order
I ordered a part from this website on March 17, 2021 I never received that part they said that I would receive the part by Friday, March 26, 2021 I called customer service on a Saturday at the 800 number provided on the website that 800 number called me back twice until I answer the phone the guy on the website told me that there was nothing he can do until Monday I called in on Monday and I spoke with a “John Anderson” I asked him for his supervisor and I spoke with a woman by the name of Anna Peterson these are clearly made of names as I can tell that the two associates I spoke with are from a foreign country they hesitated to give me their names first and last they assured me that I will receive a refund within 4 to 5 business days with no confirmation on the payment that I use to order my part do not order from this website it is a scam I recommend if you ordered parts to contact your bank and dispute the transaction because you will not receive a refund

I am the one who spoke with you and as I explained Saturday's we are closed. You also were not sure if this part even fit the the cat for which it was ordered because you did not have the fitment information. I also explained that on Monday we would follow up with you which we did. In terms of any refunds we have to tell everyone that all refunds may take up to 5 business days because every bank is different.
