i deposit and i find out they doesnt…

i deposit and i find out they doesnt have betting on their site. ( my fault ) i try to withdraw and they says they want me to verify my with id of name and then my adress from a bill 3 month old? i try to explain i doesnt get bills with post sent and its hard for me to show anything with my adress on except for ids or that my adress is visible on my bank account. And after some chat in the live section they banned me i cant log on. i am still waiting for them to reply and send me back my 1.000 euro
