Consistently Excellent Image Editing Services

I am a goldsmith with a small jewelry business and the number of images that I send out for clipping to transparency is small, but Pixelz treats me as though I were a major client. Their work is impeccable, their turnaround time is quite good and they are incredibly responsive when I have questions. Lastly, their per image fee is imminently reasonable, as is the yearly subscription. I highly recommend Pixelz both for the quality of their product and the integrity of their people.

Hardware issue in interview; recruiter left, no response to follow-up email.

Last week, I had an interview with a representative of a company in Germany.

Let me note that I have 10 years of experience working with clients, focusing on copyright for audiovisual content, plus 20 years of experience in photography.

After the initial greeting, I was immediately asked what questions I had—without any discussion of my professional background. The recruiter then stated that the role requires a proactive approach and that they perceive me as someone who operates reactively.

An interesting observation: if a candidate works in consulting, clients typically reach out when an issue has already arisen, and only a portion of such requests can be considered proactive (e.g., contract updates). The rest are reactive by nature. Does this define a candidate as a reactive specialist? Of course not.

The recruiter then mentioned that the company is undergoing restructuring, and I should consider whether I want to work in such an environment (a startup).

At this point, we shifted to discussing lead generation processes for sales departments. Just as the conversation was starting to take shape, my laptop crashed with a blue screen error, requiring a system reboot.

It took two minutes. During that time, I immediately sent the recruiter an email from my mobile phone, apologizing for the technical issue and informing them that I would be back online shortly. However, when I rejoined, no one was there. Moreover, I received no response—neither to my first email nor my follow-up.

Notably, there were still 10 minutes left in the scheduled interview. Yet, no response came in the following hours or days.

I find this approach highly unprofessional, exploitative, and frankly, degrading. The interview was on a Friday—you can imagine how this affected the rest of my day and weekend.

Amazing Experience

Absolutely lovely team, support and experience!

From day 1 until today we have had the best customer experience that, I at least, have ever had. Miss Giang was always there when we needed! Kind and efficient! More than professionals they are friends. Fast on delivery, respond to any doubt and question in an instant, and fix any problem without any fuss or complications. If every company had this level of costumer suport, I think the world would be a better place. Or at least less angry. Oh, and the picture quality and results they provide are also top notch! I have 0 negative things to say, trully.

Will try again.

I did initially have a bad experience with this platform, images were delayed and did not meet our expectation,
However pixels have taken the time to rectify the situation and provide a refund.

Good will help

I uploaded two pictures with too short sleeves. It is my problem. Pixelz people helped me upload two new pictures without additional charge. They would show me how to use instructions next time. These people are willing to help.

Easy to use website and great service

Great service, very nice website with an easy to use way to create your own templates, etc. Being a Solo client I can upload 50 images per day and count on delivery within 24 hours, which is normally great for my business. Occasionally I have a need for more images and Pixelz offers the possiblity to ask for some kind of prioritizing of your orders and so far this has worked great for me.
