Order correction handled beautifully!
I realized I had ordered 2 of each of the boots instead of one. I contacted Peak Footwear by email & was promptly notified that the had received my request.
I received a courteous email acknowledging my predicament, with them saying it would be rectified when offices were open. I then was informed that the order had been corrected before it was shipped and a refund was pending. The refund showed up on my Visa and a follow up email was sent to me.
I am very pleased with the service I received.

RETURNS at your cost to CHINA
The toebox of the winter “boots” is NOT wide. More importantly, if you have to return, you have to PAY to return them to CHINA - costs almost as much as the shoes and not worth it. DO NOT BUY shoes from this lying company. Their return policy states they will send to your email the address to return them so that they don’t have to make it clear that it’s CHINA. SHAMEFUL

I had foot surgery about 5 years ago 9pins put in. Hard to wear shoes, sandals, anything more than a couple hours.
I than I found these shoe. I only ordered one pair, figured they wouldn’t work.
I got them and loved them, can wear all day.
So I bought 2 more pairs! And I just bought 2 more pairs for winter!
They’re the most comfortable shoe I’ve ever worn.
And I’m a shoe freak.

I had ordered two pairs of shoes in nine 9 1/2 women’s after I submitted the order I realized I needed next size up so I sent a message requesting that be changed and Rizza took care of that right away. Within a of couple hours, the order was changed.😊

Walking in a cloud!!!
My lightweight peaks are like walking on a cloud. I needed to order a size bigger for the boots because the rubber on the toe is much thicker FYI

These four stars are for only my experience ordering the the Peak Footwear Lorax Barefoot shoes. I ordered them in size 8 for women, and submitted and paid for them. When I got the final screen after I had paid and the transaction was finished, I saw that the order showed Size 10 for women. I was sure I had ordered size 8 and immediately sent a message to Peak Footwear asking if they could possible catch the mistake before the package was sent, as sending them back and purchasing a new pair would take a long time. To my surprise and delight, I got an email back immediately saying they would be responding to my problem shortly, and another email soon after that telling me they had caught the order and changed it to the appropriate size. I don’t think I’ve EVER had such good and immediate response with ANY company about an order like this. I’m SO impressed with their service! I’d happily give it 5 stars, but I feel I should wait till I actually get the shoes and do another review after I try them out. This is an outstanding seller.
