Order correction handled beautifully!
I realized I had ordered 2 of each of the boots instead of one. I contacted Peak Footwear by email & was promptly notified that the had received my request.
I received a courteous email acknowledging my predicament, with them saying it would be rectified when offices were open. I then was informed that the order had been corrected before it was shipped and a refund was pending. The refund showed up on my Visa and a follow up email was sent to me.
I am very pleased with the service I received.
