When a claim is made, we ask that the return be completed within 48 hours to resolve the issue quickly and process the refund upon receipt. As a platform, the items belong to wholesalers who need to manage their stock efficiently.
While we strive to be flexible and can sometimes extend the return window by a few days, contacting us three weeks after receiving the return instructions is unfortunately too long for us to accept the return.
