Difficult to return faulty goods and poor customer service

My experience started well with Paris fashion shops but sadly the customer service and quality of goods has been diabolical recently. I've received my last two deliveries of goods that have very bad flaws and are unsellable or wrong item sent. When you submit a returns ticket it can take up to 2 weeks for a response and then Paris fashion only allow you 48hrs to return a parcel once they've replied. For many shop owners this is not a reasonable time. In addition there is SO much paperwork to fill in for uk customers and you are required to pay the return costs. Trying to make a formal complaint takes over 7 days for a response and they are very unhelpful. I'm still waiting to have cases resolved from June and over £500 of refunds due. As a long term customer who has spent a lot. I'm very disappointed with the customer service and lack of flexibility. We loose a lot of important tax and shipping costs when items are faulty and this is not considered either.

Update: was told I could return half the items after posting this review. Been waiting since 26th July for a label and no response to last 2 emails chasing it. Clearly still issues with customer response time.

However, I assure you that the situation is now under control, and each claim is addressed within 48 hours. As you are based in the UK, we require some additional paperwork for customs, and we hope you understand that this process is necessary.

When a claim is made, we ask that the return be completed within 48 hours to resolve the issue quickly and process the refund upon receipt. As a platform, the items belong to wholesalers who need to manage their stock efficiently.

While we strive to be flexible and can sometimes extend the return window by a few days, contacting us three weeks after receiving the return instructions is unfortunately too long for us to accept the return.

We sincerely regret that you felt the need to write a negative review and not reply our last email, as we have consistently made an effort to accommodate your needs and ensure your satisfaction, even when the terms and conditions set by our platform were not always met.

Complete con, be very careful!

Complete con, don't touch this company! Shocking service and a poor product. Paid £23 for tracked return postage for faulty item back to china, they've had it 3 weeks now and no refund and no replies to emails chasing my refund.

This company appear to be in UK but evidently drop ship from China. My covers took 3 weeks to arrive even after I paid for 'express shipping'. They were wrong colour and one had a big brown mark. The company have a 'Money Back Guarantee' however you must pay the shipping back to China and wait for it to arrive there. I was refused refund on my express shipping or free return even though product was faulty. Covers were thin and cheap. Don't risk it is my strong advice! No customer service, refund or apology (or tracking).

Shockingly bad communication and…

Shockingly bad communication and delivery! I have emailed 5 times, facebook messaged and tried online chat to get an address error fixed on their website, had no reply what so ever over the 5 weeks since I placed my order. I still don't have my order or a reply. It arrived two weeks late to the wrong address, in the wrong country, and I've been sent a photo of the product with a snapped shelf. (Poor packing - Cling film had been used to package this shelf).
Avoid this company at all cost!

Never rely on this company!

Second time I've used parcel hero and paid express delivery and both times I'm still chasing parcels over a week later. Poor customer service - they promise to get back to you but take days and then want to charge £10 for redirecting the parcel because they've missed the original deadline address. Please never rely on these people, my business has lost hundreds because of them and no resolution offered. One week later and I'm still waiting to find out where my 2 day delivery is!

Nothing but frustration for 3 months…

Nothing but frustration for 3 months now... been trying to get 3 different types of lenovo laptop since November, rather than just be honest and tell me they weren't getting the stock theyve strung me along with 4 different delivery dates, with today (jan 27th) being the very latest and yet still no stock. I would have gone elsewhere for my xmas gift if I'd known. No direct helpline or customer service number and a long wait, unapologetic staff and a cracked line whenever you navigate the 4 different menus to speak to ANY human. I realise corvid causes issues but this has been a complete shambles of customer service!

A shambles - no clarity or swift response to issues

Sadly im now into my 3rd week fo trying to resolve an issue with missing items in my mailbox, I wait days for a reply and receive no clarity or apology. 16 messages later and they still cant tell me where my missing clothes are! Total shambles as far as I'm concerned. Very disappointed and wont be using ship 7 again.

Had three deliveries now of faulty…

Had three deliveries now of faulty hats. First ones were sent back and I received more faulty ones in their place. The next order had a whole batch of fault and as I didnt notice for a few weeks they refused to return these despite the evident faults. The ones I previously returned I was initially given credit for but no refund. No apology or offer if any other resolution. I wont be dealing with SSP again!
