Ordered the wrong jacket an had a hard time trying to get the address to return it.now they have had the item back nearly a week an I still have not been refunded

On October 17 I tried to purchase slippers (size 43-44 chequered cloth) for 119 zl. The transaction was rejected by Outspot (mail address incorrect), but my payment accepted by Outspot (my bank and Przelewy24 proofed my transfer).I am a client of Outspot (few items purchased) and I want to know why this time my e-mail address was not right. I returned an item 7 weeks ago. Still haven't received my money back. I have sent a message four times to their customer service. Never have I received a reply.t This company is garbage.

Somehow they got my email adress, and start spamming me. Never signed up.

Purchased from them and the goods arrived damaged
You then have to print a return label and you have to take it to a post office
They promise 7day refund from the date they received the return item
Nearly 3 weeks later still no refund received and all you get is they are working on it

Spam, didnt sign up as it was a new emailadress and never used it. I suppose they buy illegal databasses and start spamming people.

I was doubting about ordering from this website but finally very happy with result. Ordered another small product earlier that I wanted to return and was given a refund. It takes a bit longer for their klantendservice to answer than other companies but within 5 to 7 days they do. For my second order I didn't receive delivery info when it was on its way. Since that is standard with a lot of online companies these days, that could be improved on. But all in all happy with result.

I was happy with the delivered items, 2 mens's pajama pants. Quality is good, but the size of the waistband looks too small. As I bought them for a gift for an occasion next month, I can't be sure if they will fit.

This company has aquired my email address illegally. I have never heard of this company and all of a sudden I receive emails from them. I never signed up so they clearly bought an email database to start spamming.
