I ordered a water butt at 7.30am on Monday, 1st September and it arrived at 7.15am on Tuesday, 2nd September. Palletways delivered it, it was very well packaged, the driver was helpful and courteous and the product is outstanding. I will be purchasing more from Outdoor Outlet!

My wife and I bought the 240L Oak effect barrel with the Harcostar kit a few months ago. The communication from the company was great, the pricing very competitive and it all arrived very quickly. We where so impressed we bought another one (140L) two weeks ago to increase our capacity. As with the first order the whole process was flawless. Dan was incredibly helpful and professional and we could not be happier with our barrels. Had we known all of this beforehand we would probably have bought two of the 350L's. Great experience throughout!

Ordered a barrel type water butt which was a great price compared to other retailers. I needed to amend the delivery options after I'd made the order so called the store. Spoke to Dan who was really helpful and sorted it straight away. Excellent customer service.

I ordered a small water butt and stand after close of business on Thursday, and when I opened the front door today, Saturday, it was sitting in the porch.
Couldn't ask for quicker service than that.
Product looks to be of excellent quality. Apart from some difficulty in fitting the supplied tap (Older person) there are no issues.
