I am fighting them at the moment. I ordered a pack of 10 jars of marmelade, received only one jar. Took photos and sent it. They confirmed that I had only received one and then said they would let me keep it as a "sign of their goodwill". No mention of sending the missing 9 jars. Now they have offered to refund 30% of the amount I paid originally! That still makes that one jar of marmelade extremely expensive. They are not responding to the fact that I either should get a complete refund (as they have offered for me to keep the jar) - or they should send the other 9.

Website looks like EU, they ship from USA and you have to pay duties, etc.

And you don’t want me to send back the product and refund my money. You are waiting time to pass and it took severa days to answer me, offering a discount, but as I said in the multiple mails, I want a refund. Although it takes long for the product to come from USA to South Africa, the delivery of service is outstanding and the product world-class.
Great variety of products, however shipping from outside of the EU imposes customs duties

I couldnt find this product anywhere and NineLife could source it for me. At first I thought that it would be sent within a few days, but when I enquired about delivery, they responded immediately to explain that it was shipped from overseas. I'm very happy with the quality and great results after using it for a few weeks
