I am fighting them at the moment

I am fighting them at the moment. I ordered a pack of 10 jars of marmelade, received only one jar. Took photos and sent it. They confirmed that I had only received one and then said they would let me keep it as a "sign of their goodwill". No mention of sending the missing 9 jars. Now they have offered to refund 30% of the amount I paid originally! That still makes that one jar of marmelade extremely expensive. They are not responding to the fact that I either should get a complete refund (as they have offered for me to keep the jar) - or they should send the other 9.

Pathetic company

Wow
3 Months and still no delivery
Then they send another shipment through DHL a month now and still no receipt
And they want me to wait 7 days to see what the problem is

Really bad commercial behaviour

Order number IT-NL#P902717112, you sold me 8 BREVI brush, brand written in capital letters in your site, that’s not BREVI, but another brand. And you don’t want me to send back the product and refund my money. You are waiting time to pass and it took severa days to answer me, offering a discount, but as I said in the multiple mails, I want a refund. I feel ripped off from you and from your bad and unfair commercial practices. This is a very bad commercial behaviour !!!

Attentive customer service

The experience was a letting down. However, after I demonstrated that the product they sent was not the product I ordered and paid for, they refunded the whole price. They also apologized. At least the service is very good and attentive but of course you need to press them a bit.

I couldnt find this product anywhere…

I couldnt find this product anywhere and NineLife could source it for me. At first I thought that it would be sent within a few days, but when I enquired about delivery, they responded immediately to explain that it was shipped from overseas. I'm very happy with the quality and great results after using it for a few weeks
