My order of an air overlay mattress for a single bed with alternating pressure pump arrived in good time .
Everything was tracked and I was emailed updates regularly.
Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstance the pump was faulty.
Amy was extremely helpful and quick to respond and a replacement was issued .
