Skeptical since there were bad reviews on the other websites but after looking into YouTube and on this website I’d want to reveal my experience to fellow online shoppers out there.
I ordered a Balenciaga women’s track with faux fur on January 27, 2022 and it arrived on February 12, 2022. Overall, the customer service was great and e-mail exchanges were very smooth. I could have ordered straight from the Balenciaga website but they wouldn’t deliver to my country (Philippines). Paid 580 euros for the shoes and additional 191 euros for the duties & taxes. Package came with the original Balenciaga box and care bag.
