Bought 3 signs and waited 8 months to…

Bought 3 signs and waited 8 months to receive them.. contacted the company, they ignored me often but when they did reply they refused to refund snd asked me to contact my bank. My bank can refund me within 90 days only, so it took me another 3-8 months to actually get the money back under fraudulent case.

I understand the management “changed” but my last contact with the company was after march 15. So did it change, I wonder!

Ordered July

Ordered July, they told me it is in the factory & i need to be patient.

Last week I got this, and the bank won’t return the money because i was “patient” for over 90 days:

Hi

Due to supplier's constraints we were unable to process your order. I've attempted to process a full refund. Unfortunately, the system isn't letting me. This happens if the currency (AED) used to purchase is not linked in our payment gateway.
I don't want to trouble you any further but the easiest way to get this done is for you to have this transaction disputed through your bank/payment processor. Once we receive the dispute, we'll have the Dispute Resolution Team speed up the process.
We are really sorry for the inconvenience yet please know that I'm doing my best to get this finally sorted out.

Ordered in July, still no reply, no delivery, no money back.. and no product..

I hope it’s not a scam but it looks like it, UK authorities told me to contact the police directly in my country and they’ll request international investigation once I trigger it.. I might have go that route.
