My cat puked a lot on this food. Some of their dry foods has pork fat. Terrible for cats.

Love this brand, and my cat more ! i'm repeating now since more than 1 year and can't be more happy with it.

I believe transparency is key when it comes to dog food. We all want to know what we put in our dogs bodies right? This company does not want to share such a simple thing as the % of calcium in their kibble. For some dogs a too high or too low (for their personal preference) amount can mean a world of difference. Sad to find out this company is not transparent

My dogs love this product, not so keen on the freeze dried bits, the small under 10kg chicken biscuit feed is the favorite, salmon also enjoy. Its become so expensive almost doubled in price that I keep looking for a replacement unsuccessfully.

Cancelled my order the night before it was due to arrive (I ordered the week before and chose specific day). Was left completely stuck without food for my dog. Tried emailing customer services through the site and heard nothing after a week. Terrible customer service and price hike.

Greedy - over priced products and price hikes!
My dog loved their freeze dried foods which was already one of the most expensive on the market. They have now reduced the size of the bags and increased the price! This is out of our price range now, we can't justify paying £10 for a bag which will last 1.5 days, which is a shame as we rescued our dog so on top of re-homing him and getting him settled we now have to change his food. I emailed the company and their reasons were completing unjustified.

CHOKE HAZARD!
Plastic in pate and shredded paper on two separate batches. I was told by their customer service department that the contamination happened at their Germany factory.

How you could miss something like this I don't know.
If you do buy something from them, make sure you mash it up or go through it before feeding to your dog.

Dog loved their Freeze Dried raw but now their price has shot by from £27.7 per Kg for the 3 x 840g (which they no longer have on their website!) to a shocking £37.60 per Kg for the 5x250g pouches. Absolutely nothing can justify that increase other than pure greed!

I had previously bought True Instinct wet food pouches for my 3 cats for years and they loved it. It smelt wonderful and I felt reassured the contents were healthy. Then it changed over to Natures Variety. Recently I had a run of extremely high fat content in the chicken and beef pouches which looked unsightly but the company checked it and said it was fine. So we continued with me just picking out the solid chunks of fat. However, this morning has now left me feeling I need to change food. I opened a chicken and goose pouch and it instantly smelt like something had died in my kitchen. I work in the medical profession and have never gagged on a smell in over 30 years. This smell this morning almost made me vomit, even thinking and remembering the smell makes me gag. It’s made me not want to open the other pouches. The boxes and pouches show an expiry date of 2025. So so disappointed and concerned. How does one continue to buy the same brand after this? In fact this has possibly now just put me off all wet pouches. I have boxes and boxes of this food and it’s not cheap! I cannot be the only customer who has experienced this… the contents of this pouch would obviously be spread across multiple pouches and therefore multiple customers.

***UPDATE - company informed, not even interested in receiving and quality checking the contents. Decided it’s just one of those things apparently, a ‘blown’ pouch apparently, a rare occurrence apparently. All investigated and decided in a short email. Oh dear, nevermind, sorry about that.

***Further update - TrustPilot got in contact stating Natures Variety (excluding U.K.) wanted more information and if I failed to provide that information then my review may be removed. I’ve provided my details via the link but no-one new has been in contact. If my review is removed this questions the honesty and integrity of not only the company in question but also that of trust pilot.

I just can’t believe that my Jack Russell’s ate this food as soon as I put it down to the they loved it . I have trouble getting Bella to eat problem solved .

They change their name become there haver been many problems with their food, but never inform theitr clients with that...

My dogs loves it! And the best is that don't gives allergies to them. Also the digestion is good.

My dog loves the meat boost kibble. Just tried him on the Salmon and have now bought a 10kg bag of that as he loved it too. Only quibble would be the cost, however there are often offers on which help a great deal! Orders arrive really quickly. Customer service is great. Would-be good if packaging was recyclable 😊
