Lacking Customer Service

To summarize: I attempted to work with Mindgrasp’s Customer Service department to resolve an issue but I could not make any progress.

I signed up for Mindgrasp and paid $12.99 for their Scholar package/solution. When I tried to upload my course's PDF file to the site, Mindgrasp could not process it due to technical issue(s) on their end (my PDF file's size was apparently too big—it was around 50 MB).

After contacting Mindgrasp about the issue, my PDF file was split into five separate parts by them to make it easier for their AI to process it; however, after uploading the first part, I could not upload the remaining four parts due to a file upload limit on my account. Their site asked me to upgrade to their Premium package/solution to remove the limit (as of the time of writing, the Scholar package/solution now allows unlimited file uploads; however, it did not allow this previously). The issue here is that I was not uploading multiple PDF files for multiple courses, I was trying to upload one PDF file for one course, which was split into five parts by Mindgrasp’s staff.

When I asked Mindgrasp’s Customer Service department to remove the file upload limit on my account so that I could upload the remaining four parts, they told me that they were waiting for “management's response”. I did not receive either an affirmative or negative response from them about this issue for seven days, at which point, I asked them for a refund since I could not use their software to study—and they did not reply back to this email either.
