Avoid - no refund or replace option

Purchased these sandals but need to return them - whilst their information and website etc say they are happy to refund or replace it is actually impossible to do this - there is no return address anywhere and having sent 5 emails over the past 7 days I have received zero replies!! IF the order arrives and IF they fit and aren’t damaged great, otherwise these sandals are a very expensive ornament - really annoying they put so much effort into advertising and selling and yet put no effort into after sales and have no customer support !
