Played last Saturday and won £2,500 and still no further forward with trying to cash it out, I sent my documents straight away for verification and withdrew it. I’ve tried to speak with the chat and they keep telling me different things and that I need to wait but then when I ask more it just disconnects and doesn’t allow me to start another chat. They are quick to take peoples money instantly but never have want to pay out. It’s ridiculous

After depositing £300 and playing for hours to finally reach the wagering requirements I got up to £1,618 and spending hours trying to verify my account it finally all verified, this morning I woke up with an email saying I’ve had all my winnings taken away and my account suspended. This is pretty much stealing. Quick enough to take peoples money then as soon as it means they have to pay back they don’t want to. I’ll be taking this further until I get the money that I have clearly earned. (They have now replied to my review on in under an hour funny that because they have point blank ignored my emails directly to them but soon reply when they think the company is being exploited publicly. Apparently a breach of the promotional rules, when all the promotional rules stated was that they match your deposit and you have to wager 30x the requirement. I did both and now they don’t want to pay because I’ve won. They’re quick enough taking peoples money but as soon as people want to withdraw there winnings it’s all of a sudden a breach of rules. Don’t use this site there a complete scam and all you will end up doing is losing your money and being ignored.
