This has truly been such a nightmare of an experience! I ordered a $38 mystery vault box on Dec 1, 2024. (I am so, so tired of typing that line right there..) Finally on Dec 13, I get a reply from customer service apologizing for the delays and saying I would receive my order before Christmas.
Christmas came and went. Not only had I not received my package by then, but the tracking information on Shop App still showed “Order placed”. My order status was never updated and my product was never shipped to me! I continually reached out to this company via email and socials and their website, and after replying to two of my emails, they stopped replying to me altogether. A few weeks later I went to the website and noticed it has been taken down! But their IG is still up (probably because you don’t have to pay for that like you would a website). I know I have to contact my bank for a refund, but that is such a pain! This whole ordeal has been a huge nightmare! One thing after another, and I never got my order.

I recently made the mistake of purchasing a shaver on this website. It was supposed to be $4.95, with free shipping. During checkout, I got one of those pop ups that offers you a certain limited deal, and it was to upgrade the PRODUCT, for like $20 more. I was under the impression that the product would be upgraded, but instead, they charged me “expedited shipping” and subscribed me to their “VIP” membership! Luckily they threw the membership in as a freebie, but I imagine starting next month, I would’ve been getting recurring monthly fees for their BS VIP membership. I tried calling to cancel my order, but I was told they are unable to cancel since my order has already shipped. I only placed my order yesterday, and I don’t believe that my order is already shipped for a second. Plus, on the website, the return policy states,

“ We are humbly asking our patrons and customers for their kind understanding that there are a lot of costs involved as a small business, thus, we are unable to CANCEL, REFUND, or RETURN. After an order has been paid for and an associated order number has been generated, it is promptly transmitted to our Fulfillment Center's processing and packing system. Consequently, we regret to inform you that canceling an order at this stage is no longer feasible.”

NO LONGER FEASIBLE? So basically they won’t cancel or refund your order(s) because it is not convenient for them! Never buying from this crap website again! The website is so misleading and shady.

UPDATE: After cancelling their BS VIP membership, they went ahead and charged me the $42.95. THIS WEBSITE AND COMPANY ARE A TOTAL SCAM!!

All the Demonia shoes I have bought in the past fall apart much quicker than other shoes of comparable pricing. I do LOVE to WEAR my shoes, especially if I particularly love a certain pair, but none of the other brands I buy fall apart as easily and quickly as this brand, and they are around the same price. In my experience, the PU (fake/vegan leather) starts peeling after only 1-2 weeks of wear. And I’ve had two platform shoes from them that not only peeled horribly on the upper, but the entire platforms came off from the upper. Two completely separate pieces. And I could see where they had originally glued the shoe to the sole, which was only a few dots of glue, but furthermore… the construction of the shoes/boots was just horrible. I also had the 6 in platform fetish heels, in a size 7 that were extremely small, more like a 6. The material on the heel tore very easily with the slightest tug or scratch, from accidentally rubbing the heels together when sitting. I don’t like shoddy quality shoes, and Demonia seems to have a big discrepancy between their pricing and quality.

Dollskill has shown me so much love as a customer!! Their customer service is exceptional, whenever I place an order and I need to contact DK, I always get a quick reply.
Most recently, I placed an order for an amazing pair of boots with crosses & other charms all over them, but I used the wrong card as a payment method. I tried cancelling my order via the website, but the link “cancel order” directs to a page that says they are unable to change or cancel orders once they are placed, which is a little disappointing, however… I contacted customer service to let them know what happened and asked if they can please cancel my order. They replied within minutes, and instantly cancelled my order and refunded my money. It may still take 4-10 business days to process, but I am just happy they were able to help me resolve my situation! I immediately placed my order again with my intended payment method and I am so excited to receive my boots!! Thank you, Dollskill, for selling awesome clothing/shoes/accessories and for the awesome customer service!!!
