Me han cobrado la caja que nunca recibí. No hay teléfonos de atención al cliente, ni responden a correos electrónicos. ¡Estafadores!

UPDATE: En respuesta, han dicho que están trabajando para aclarar lo sucedido. ¡Mentira! He enviado más de 10 correos electrónicos y nunca me responden. Su servicio de atención al cliente es horrible!

UPDATE: After 2 weeks they have finally initiated a refund and I got back my money. But I definitely lost many nerve cells dealing with them.

The service is good while everything works as expected but they definitely don’t know how to handle edge cases.

Perfect experience! Nice clothes and the returning policy is so flexible!!

I like receiving a package
It gives me the opportunity to try clothes on I wouldn't choose in a shop especially as I don't shop often.

Love ordering my Lookiero every once in a while. Having someone else pick looks that work with my style brings an added pop to my wardrobe that I love, but would never pick out for myself!

They stole 258 euros from my bank account and the customer service does not even bother to respond to my messages. I have just been left with this situation without any response since many day.

I hate shopping and often come back with nothing. Time is also an issue. This service is perfect for me. So far I´m very happy with it.

I love this website. It's a really efficient set up, the clothes they send match my taste and size well as per the profile I completed. They also manage to send me things that are still different to what I myself normally choose. I really have loved everything they sent me. It's super quick delivery, good prices and super easy and quick to return if there are things you dont want.

I found myself wrong. little professionalism-

I made an order on 1st of May (Lookiero.es). Today is 12th of May and I have nothing! I got one email on the day I made an order (thank you for your order bla bla) and that is it! I have sent them an email 5 days ago asking what is going on and when I can expect my package but I got no answer... Very unprofessional and I am not sure if this really works. I will just have to check often my credit card because I gave them permission to take the money if I buy anything.

I have got the package finally, they said it was late because of a 'technical issue'. As I did not like anything what they sent, I decided to return all of it. I ordered SEUR (which is an option on lookiero's website) to pick up my package yesterday (Datos de la recogida

Rango horario estimado: Desde 09:00 hasta 14:00) and of course they did not came to pick it up. I am not going to lose an hour to take a package to their location. So I wrote to Lookiero (because it is their responsibility to ensure what they promote on their site) and here what they answered on Fb: Gracias por escribirnos.

Which I already did and nobody answered! So my package is still at my home, I have no idea when or will somebody pick it up and will lookiero do anything about horrible delivery company SEUR or maybe they will choose UPS or someone who works their work as it should (maybe in Spain there is no serious delivery company, I do not know but this is not my problem).

Great fun! Love this service. New clothes every month.

Fantastic service! 5 items delivered straight to your door. Really easy returns process. No obligation to buy if you don't like anything but the stylist does such a great job selecting items to flatter my shape and fit my measurements, that most likely I'll want to keep something if not everything. I'm really impressed with the quality of service and I think it's a brilliant idea! I have no desire or time to go shopping so this is the perfect solution for me. Thank you!
