This company charged my cc but never shipped.
No response to emails. Emails only contact.
SCAM!

Wholeheartedly agree with other dismal reviews. Customer service is NON-EXISTENT. In brief, I placed and order for two items. The first one arrived and was nothing like the picture. I contacted them a day later to request a refund - they say that it is easy to do so in Europe. NOT SO. You have to send the goods back, at your own cost, to China. They then offered me a 20% discount which would be refunded if I accepted. As you. can imagine, no refund has appeared. Chasing up, I received another email saying I was outside the 14 return period and so no exchange nor refund was possible. I wish I had checked the Trustpilot reviews before placing an order. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, IF INDEED IT IS A 'REAL' COMPANY. THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS.

I returned goods which were inferior quality, I followed their procedure having the parcel tracked, it has been delivered to China at import/export and they want an invoice which I hadn't been told about or made aware of. I have messaged them many times and Anna at Lis Paris won't answer my messages. There is another company involved as I made a complaint via Paypal which is how I paid, they are Modern Fashion Ltd and they are not interested in helping. I have come to the conclusion this company takes your money and if you return the goods, they won't reimburse you and are a scamming company!! The webpage needs to be taken down.

Don’t waste your time or money on this business the are SCAMMERS, they was suppose to send me my parcel 3 weeks ago I’m still waiting. Tracking says it haven’t even been confirmed yet but they are happy enough to take money , luckily the bank has refunded me but I wouldn’t like this to happen to someone else.

don't waste your time or money. I received the parcel 2 months after placing the order. i ordered 5 items. 2 came and it's the cheapest. too bad for words. they reply to e-mail very professionally, but you will not get money back. they don't have items in stock. remember you can use the Chargeback option and get your money back from the thieves. they need to be cut off from money and an easy way to make money and steal from people.

They are scammers!!!
I ordered for an item in March but still have not received it after more than 6 weeks. All attempts to get my money back are impossible. I've contacted them they told stories and gave reasons why they WON'T return the money.

I ordered the dress approximately two months ago. I still haven't received information about the delivery, According them, it hasn't been 30 days yet. But maybe, They live or another planet.
I definitely do not recommend!

Well, even though they don’t refund my money for a product NOT DELIVERED since November/22, they still say that my complaint isn’t valid. I got no money back, no products delivered, and they simply do not reply emails anymore.
They stole me!!!!!!!!!

Pure scam!!! Don't give them a single cent!! You pay and then you can simply forget about your order and your money... SCAM!! Been trying to get my money back for 3 month now.. Hopefully I'll be able to get them checked and stopped by the ecc so that they won't scam anybody else.

scammers! I placed an order over a month ago and still haven't received it. they answer by mail in 5 days what to expect 30 days and that's it. but I've been waiting for over a month. there are no contacts other than mail, which is very suspicious for a store. I do not advise !

This experience is the worst I have had in my whole life! NEVER ORDER from this website as they will not send the items and tell you that they cannot refund you back. I ordered on the 21st of November and they still have not even dispatched my order! This order was a Christmas gift for my girlfriend and because I did not receive it by Christmas, I told them by e-mail that I no longer need it. Now they simply ignore me, so in the end I have not received the items nor my money back. SCAM!

I ordered in November from them, I paid more than 200 euros, my order is still outstanding. The customer service is disgusting, they keep telling me to wait for the order to get my refund, but the order doesn't even exist, I guess.
I called the bank, I called Scalapay, I'm writing this review on trustpilot, and for sure I'll proceed with a legal complaint.

Absolutely dreadful experience. The item bought in august never arrived - even when chased the answers were always vague. It’s now December and after asking for a full refund, I still haven’t received a valid answer from this company. Do not buy from them EVER

I made an order over 3 months ago, exactly 73 business days, as they say allow 30 business days. I have emailed several times enquiring about my order but when they couldn’t give an explanation or estimated delivery day I demanded a refund and now they are ignoring my emails. This website/business is a SCAM do not spend your money!!!!!

Fabulous shop lovely suits and amazing management; the shipment is quick and effective, the size chart ensures that the dress fits right.

This is the second time I am writing a review, it is unbelievable I ordered the clothes over 4 months ago and I am still waiting to receive them.
When I contact them after e-mails and emails finally I received a reply which highlighted the 30 working days for delivery.
I regretted that don't check the reviews before I ordered from the website. Please don't trust this website!!!

Ordered the biggest size, didn’t fit me despite the explanations on their website. Had to give it as a gift to a girl that wear a size 38! Did not receive any information on the possibility to return the set. The clothes were beautiful though.
