I returned goods which were inferior quality, I followed their procedure having the parcel tracked, it has been delivered to China at import/export and they want an invoice which I hadn't been told about or made aware of. I have messaged them many times and Anna at Lis Paris won't answer my messages. There is another company involved as I made a complaint via Paypal which is how I paid, they are Modern Fashion Ltd and they are not interested in helping. I have come to the conclusion this company takes your money and if you return the goods, they won't reimburse you and are a scamming company!! The webpage needs to be taken down.

All the goods ordered arrived on time and we were kept fully informed as to when the goods would arrive. We are looking forward to eating our Christmas food. I would definitely use British Corner Shop.

Francke sinks are dreadful. The quality is awful, they stain really badly and you can’t get the stain out no matter how hard you try - absolute rubbish! The customer service is non existent. Don’t buy avoid at all cost
