So I bought the VICTOIRE MIRROR from Maison du Monde French website and received it yesterday. A very carefully chosen product I decided to take as the real antique ones would cost a dime.
This morning as I wake up, I noticed little pieces of golden leaf fell off off the mirror crown. I believe that it’s the only part of the mirror wrapped in golden leaf- which is absolutely fine.
The problem is that the golden leaf shouldn’t be out that easily. I love this mirror so much and have been patiently waiting for more than 6 weeks
How do I fix this? Any solution?
It’s my first Maison du Monde product, have called but to no avail and there’s no email address to write to
Pls help

I ordered an hourglasses shaped “cache pot” large size from Ferm Living from this website a month (or so) ago. Got a 15% discount which was a deal only this website offers. It arrived in a perfect condition!
They got me informed by emails for any updates. I expected them to send me a link to review but haven’t received anything so here I am writing my honest review uninvited 😌

All in all, great team, easy to use website, very professional, and I have never seen a “cache pot” this beautiful! Expensive maybe but definitely worth it!!

Deux employés sont venus livrer mon grand miroir acheté chez Maison du Monde, comme prévu ils sont arrivés pile à l'heure à 10h (à Antony). Ils ont ouvert la boîte devant moi pour être sûr que tout allait bien. Très poli et professionnel, ponctuel.

Very polite delivery men, I love the fact that they let us know the time they will arrive. Boxes are always in perfect condition.

Me and my husband raised 250€ a few weeks back but we haven’t get the money till now, it’s for an EMERGENCY FUND!!!
We have then decided to bank in our own 250€ to that family that needed and till now, thinking that it will just take a few working days. Till today, we haven’t received anything.
Call not answered, I’m asking myself if we’re scammed????
They then wanted a proof which we sent, (it was a police report about that flood and what that family is lost), identity cards, which we now have to pay for a translation!
Help!!!!

There was a little defect on the product we got and this was resolved so quickly and professionally by the Cool Republic. Will definitely buy from them again. The photo mural looks amazing in our wall.
