This company charged my Mum £300 for a simple lock change that took 30 minutes. I emailed to complain and they did not want to know.

It appears they charge £178 an hour (minus VAT!) and significantly mark up the price of their parts.

I feel they took advantage of an elderly lady and I do not recommend this company whatsoever.

Excellent service, reasonable price. Efficient and friendly locksmith. Explained the different types of locks with no pressure to select the most pricey one.

They said they would be there within 30 minutes and they arrived bang on time he recommended he broken the front door lock as he would only need to change one lock in steady of 2 in the patio doors (cheaper option)
