Thank you for your honest review. As you can remember we have spoken several times to try and find a solution and have offered you a partial refund out of goodwill to make you a little bit happier with the service provided. I appreciate that you have rejected our offers but unfortunately there is not much more I can do here as we had replaced the mechanism in the door, not the lock, and those are always more expensive as it's the main part that lets the door operate. As we have previously explained, there are many different types of them and the prices range dramatically, as well as the fact that costs for parts have risen over the past 2 years, some by 50-90% from what they were before.
