Had my costal SPCA dog tested and finally I know what mix she is! Some of the breeds I expected while others I was quite surprised about! The time to get the results was fairly quick and I didn't even know traits were included which was a nice surprise!

My only issue that I had with the entire process is that the mobile site for Koko genetics needs a lot of work, there was quite a few times where the site would open in Spanish, or be showing things like "{{traits.test1.item1}}" or something like that instead of text or buttons, but otherwise when the site did work its really nicely laid out with a pie chart showing your dogs mix, drop down boxes to show a picture of each breed along with a summary of the breed and same thing for the traits!

We had such a great experience with Koko Genetics! The staff on the chat box were incredibly helpful – it’s not a robot, it’s a real human, which made such a difference. I touched base with them a couple of times and they were always quick, clear, and informative.

I hadn’t realised our dog’s swab was being sent to Europe (I’d assumed it stayed in Australia), but they explained everything really well and kept us updated. We got our results back and were absolutely blown away – never in a million years did we expect our dog to be part bulldog!

The report was very detailed, super informative, and honestly a lot of fun to go through. Highly recommend!

I'm happy with the test. There were just under 4 weeks between receipt of the sample at the laboratory in Spain and mail with the gene results. The results for our terrier mix dog surprised us in part, but are quite understandable and the breed portraits for the identified breeds are well done. Only the tour through the online menu to get the sample ready for delivery was a bit tricky.

I have to admit that I was a bit frustrated with the result at first because I didn't get it together with my dog at all. I then received a very helpful email from the laboratory explaining how to understand the evaluation. That was very useful for me. Thanks to the super dedicated team at KokoGenetics.

Fast and effective test. Without giving any information about the animal, the answers are correct and the family tree is very well done, in addition Koko Genetics gives us characteristics about the animal (snout, hair, color...) The results arrived very quickly, an email was received to inform us. We are happy to know what breeds our little Aiden is.

A very interesting experience to get to know your dog companion better. Very easy to perform, you send the test and in a few weeks the results are. 100% recommended!!!

Given that I am not an expert in the field of DNA, the product seemed reliable to me, with a good quality-price ratio and with results in about a month, which according to what they report described my mixed race to perfection. Among other things, results that surprised me, because I would never have imagined what I had found.

Super happy, I took the pack of three and I don't regret it. I was struck by the number of markers of possible diseases they check for, fortunately for my girl all absent. ^^ Highly recommended
