Ok so they advertise a 'military style' watch but it falls short in most aspects. It's a lightweight copy of an original CWC but that's what is expected with the price. Nobody can reproduce a CWC at this price but let's get down to it. It's light, and I mean really light. There is really no weight to it to give it substance. The strap is a modern version of the original military strap. Looks and feels cheap and nasty. Although I am sure the watch will do what I need it to do, it just does not justify the hype the company gives it. It's a watch with a green strap and a Luminous dial (after exposure to strong light) that looks like it's a military watch but it isn't.

Don’t waste your money! The watches are not rugged and durable. I received mine at the start of September and already the paint is wearing off the strap clasps, the watch loses approx 5 seconds a day and the crown mechanism is very loose and hard to set accurately. The Ironway name or logo they don’t even put on the watch face. I contacted the company (based in China)with emailed photos and description and received a reply written by AI. After more very polite (too polite) AI emails I have finally received a 20% refund (their maximum refund offer). Their returns policy (guarantee) for refunds or replacements is impossible to meet as products have to be returned in 30 days of purchase, not be worn!! and in their original condition with original packaging with the purchaser paying for postage!! If you are looking for a GOOD cheap watch buy a Lorus (made by Seiko) or a Swatch.

Buyer be careful and aware. This is NOT an American/Canadian based company. Heavy use of AI generated photos depicting products in their ads not worn or used by real people or individuals in the military.

Veterans- be especially careful about spending money on any product this company offers. Products ordered will ship directly from China - NOT the US/Canada. They do not honor their cancellation procedures as stated in their Return Policy. You will spend money having to ship returns or cancellations back to whatever warehouse in China the products actually come from.

This business aims their advertising towards older veterans but beware!!! All they want is your money and they offer no viable options. The watch arrived after about 15 days. It looked good. However It was not what I was looking for in a watch for daily wear as it was larger than anticipated. Started the return process immediately, Ironway offered a 10% discount if I kept the watch. For the cost of the watch, that was not a viable option. Customer Service delayed 5 days in sending the return shipping information via email and there was a change in the terms of the return. It decreased from a 30 day no questions asked policy to a 14 day return policy. And six days had already passed, so only 8 days left. Then you have to pay for return shipping and the cheapest rate to send the watch back to Ningbo, China was almost twice the cost of the watch. After several more emails, the best customer service could do was to offer a refund of 20% off the purchase price. I am waiting to see how that goes. Just want to make sure everyone knows that Ironway Watches uses deceptive business practices and advertising and no customer service to remedy problems.

Great watch for walking or running. Very comfortable.

It is small, reliable and gives good time. A truly nice basic watch that does as it is supposed to do, tell the time. no frills and obviously hardy.

I wish I had taken note of the negative feedback, rather than the slick advertising videos!

I can confirm many feedback comments about difficulty in setting accurate times due to sloppy minute hand when the crown is out and jumping when fully depressed.

The luminous hands/face is non-existent despite following all the feedback advice.

The only positive comment is that appears to keep good time.

Whilst the customer feedback is prompt & polite, it has always put the ball back into my court!

When I asked for replacement or refund, I have been informed that any replacement would be the same, so no need! Also any return would be at my expense, so another £15 wasted!

I was then offered a 10% to close the matter!

Total waste of money - don’t buy one & go to a more reputable supplier.

Just heard back from Ironway who insist that no refund unless item returned at my cost within 30 days. What is more concerning is that the 2 year guarantee only applies to manufacturing faults and does not apply ‘in cases where after delivery damage is due to handling or external factors’! Therefore back to my court as inference is that courier or myself has caused the watch to become defective! Be warned.

Ironway was responsive and the watch is working well and looks great.

The watch itself is good, the strap is incredibly comfortable. However, I've only had the watch for about 2 weeks and the finish on the strap clips has already begun to wear off.

If this is being marketed as an outdoorsman's watch, it shouldn't show signs of wear and tear just from being put on and taken off this early.

The strap isn't about to break and there's nothing structurally wrong with it, but why bother painting it at all if your paint can't stand up to low stress, everyday use?
