Rescheduling FRAUD

Booked flights through Jetabroad about 3 months ago for 4 passengers, at good pricing. About 1 month ago, they advised me that the airline had made a change to their schedule, at which time i could opt for a refund and pay them $108 per ticket, or pay $102 for them to reschedule with the same carriers on flights later the same day..... which i felt i had no choice but to pay. 3 days ago, they advised me that the airline had rescheduled yet again, and i was given the option of refund with a $108 admin fee per ticket,,,, or yet another $102 to reschedule to the same carriers the following day. Likewise without feeling like i had any real choice, paid the $102.... again.
Yesterday Jetabroad advised that the airline had cancelled the flight, and that i had no option but to accept a refund...... but still having to pay $108 per ticket for the cancellation fees (don't forget i have already paid 2 x $102 for rescheduling). I checked the flight schedules online, and found that the flight which was supposedly cancelled, was still operating, however the flight cost is approximately 2 x what i originally paid...... Seems pretty sketchy to me.
I have tried to make contact via phone, to reach a somewhat more fair settlement, but they are virtually impossible to reach.
Anyway, these guys should not be allowed to operate as they do, and i have advised the NZ commerce commission to investigate the fraudulent activity. I am hopefully that Jetabroad will be barred from operating as a travel agent in NZ, and hopefully prevent others suffering as i have.

Your customer support is supposedly looking at this, but only communicates through email. I have provided them with realistic alternative options. none of which include charging me cancellation fees. Keep in mind, that I do not wish to have my flights cancelled, and am happy to reschedule even by a week.
Booking reference however, is WAZAAL.

Exceeded all expectations on customer…

Exceeded all expectations on customer service and product. Delivery was only a few days. Product and packaging was second to none. Will not purchase similar products from elsewhere again.

I have been double charged for the flight

I have been double charged for the booking on my card, and it has taken me very close to its credit limit. i now can't use my card for anything else until you refund the additional charge.

These guys are the "go to" option

These guys have been my "go to" option for the last 5 or 6 years. I've never had any reason to go elsewhere. They are the best value for money, and have always had prompt pick up and drop off, as well as the odd curtesy call when it looks like I may have made a mistake with my booking (which on one occasion prevented me from missing a flight). The drivers and staff are always very friendly and helpful too.
