Absolute rubbish

Absolute rubbish, complete scam. Takes your money then apple will not take any responsibility either. The app itself is crap, I don’t even understand what it’s supposed to be about. Do not touch this.

Subscription taken despite cancelling before end of trial period

I took out a free trial, had a notification that my free trial was due to end and immediately cancelled. I received an acknowledgement, but when I looked at my bank account, the subscription had been deducted. I have emailed 3 times and haven't had a response yet - not even an automated acknowledgement.
Update: I requested a refund from Google. The subscription was refunded within 2 days. Still no communication from Imprint.

Two days later it took $99.99 from my checking account!!! I called my bank. They somehow had my checking acct debited not my card!!! Had to close a 30 year old checking account!! Scam fraud alert!!

Charger £70 even though I cancelled & not rectified after 2 weeks still

I done the free trial but like with all trials I cancel on the first day so I don’t get caught out, I happened to be looking at my credit card bank statement a week or so later & noticed I’ve been charged nearly £70. I went back into my account & see that I did indeed cancel the subscription & even in the App Store it says I have no current subscriptions yet I was charged anyway.
I emailed 2 weeks ago & since received only one email to say ‘they were a small team so it would take time’ then nothing again. Not happy at all with the service but especially since this isn’t even through a fault of my own I would advice against trying out their free trail as the same could happen to you.

Avoid - offers a free trial but not easy to opt out. Emailed for help no reply then charged me for a years subscritption

I Signed up for this app which seemed really good. Then got a reminder to say my trial was running out so tried to access the manage subscription option to see how much it was going to cost but it wasn't working so I couldn't see how much I would be charged.
Emailed Imprint to ask for their help only to find that shortly afterwards they deducted £69.99 from my bank account. Have sent multiple emails since and yet to receive a reply. Shame if they had dealt with this supportively I probably would have signed up for the year instead based on my experience I really do not want to be a customer of this organization.

Difficult to cancel

Edit: they finally cancelled my subscription and did refund my account after multiple messages.

I attempted to cancel my subscription manually and through email. No reply. It was automatically renewed anyway and I was charged for another year despite multiple attempts to cancel. Scam practices, stay away!

Ok app, bad business practice

Renewed my subscription halfway through the year and instead of extending my annual subscription by a year, it reset it. Contacted support with no reply. Liked the app but was gutted by the unprofessional business practice.

Non-existing customer support and an unreliable app

The trial version had quizzes after each lesson. After subscribing, the full version didn't include them. This made learning neither interesting nor effective, as you are just reading the information. Additionally, I was charged $99 for a subscription several days after I had already subscribed and paid. Apple refunded the second charge of $99. I can no longer use my account with the email I used for the first payment, nor am I interested in using the app without quizzes and I haven't received any replies to my four emails, nor a refund from the company for my initial payment.
