customer service needs to speed up
All-in-all the authentication process was almost satisfying, but only after the second attempt. However, my requests per email and on the website have not yet been answered (almost 24h ago). I heard from my coworker that she tried many times to call them and they even hung on her. Very poor customer service. She could not finalise the authentication process!
