Through my own fault I ordered the Hover Fly that can’t be folded for easy travel. I now have to purchase a scooter carrier for the back of my car. I have spent some on it and love it. Feels like I got the sports car that eluded me when I was younger.

I have not received the screws the secure may arm rest to the scoote nor have I received the screws that secure the anti tip wheels on the back. I called and requested them but have not gotten them. Otherwise I like my scooter

Purchase went smoothly, I got my overfly in about a week, if that long. Minimal assembly was quick and easy. The only hard part was waiting for the battery to charge. The next day, I was rolling up and down the docks, up the ramps, to the parking lot and back down again. I’m going to suggest this to my mother.

It seems to be a good product, doesn't perform some tasks as I was lead to believe from the website, shipping was slower than I expected, it was packaged well, instructions little vague, used mostly pictures for instructions and they weren't clear enough.

Fast delivery and easy assembly

The scooter works fine. It takes some practice with the forward and reverse switch, not a very smooth start. Two of the tires have flat spots on them which makes operation rough. I am hoping that they will be replaced. The back up alarm is way too loud.

it came with a left rear tire that has flat spot on it and when u tell them on the day u get it they want you to do all this stuff they just sold it to you they have all the info on the unit

The H-3 battery arrived pretty quickly and was packaged well.
The problem is that the connection on the battery, does not match the connection on the ebike. The battery has a computer type connection, and the ebike has a round connection similar to an xlr connection.
I have sent an email, to support ..... and I have sent a message through the website .... I have received nothing in return. Would very much like to be able to use the ebike.

I have only had my scooter for a couple weeks and I already love it. It has given me back some independence. The price was a very big factor in why I purchased the scooter and I am soooo happy. Time to plan some day trips.

Love it, taking it on my Cruise in November. It only took my grandson about 30 minutes to assemble. But be careful going over bumps!

Within 24 hours of taking delivery, my two sons and I had the scooter out of the box and assembled. I have rented scooters many times when on the road. This unit was not comfortable, and I did NOT feel safe on it. We boxed it up and I notified the company by email that I wanted to return it. That is when my nightmare with Customer (not)Service began. No phone number, email only. If I had not used AmEx to buy, they would have stuck me even though they advertise 30 day returns. Stay away from them.

Scooter is ok, less powerful than expected

Very vague about when item would ship, per advertising would ship within three weeks, more like double that. Ordered with plans in place for use that all fell through.
Very disappointing.

Works great

I purchased the scooter in December and it broke in April. I am still communicating with the company via email because they are refusing to fix the scooter. It’s the end of July. They have one person that handles all customer service and they do not fix anything they want you to pay and fix it yourself

It's difficult getting support for my purchases and having the warranty being honored

We bought this for my husband and he can now get around with me with ease. We go for walks together, I walk and he rides. He really enjoys getting out more and his scooter gives him that freedom.

My husband loves his new scooter. Has already used on a cruise last week. It really helped him to get around the ship.
