Contacted Domestic appliance guard by email and they replied the same day. Engineer booked quickly and easily. Customer service great and engineer arrived on time, fixed problem, nothing was too much trouble.

Really wish I’d checked trust pilot before placing my order on 10th July 2023. Exactly the same as everyone says. Order gets accepted then stays processing, no replies to emails and no contact details for them either. Luckily I to paid PayPal so hopefully should get my refund soon.

Decided to buy from Lakeland as they offer a 3 year guarantee on the Sage 3 in 1 combi oven. Delivery fast, communication great and oven is excellent. Really happy with purchase. Very easy to use and understand and gives great results. If you’re looking for an alternative to your main oven, 100% worth a look.

Although I did find getting an appointment with an engineer rather frustrating as the advisor booked the wrong person for the initial visit (Candy not Hotpoint) he was able to advise a new drum was needed. When the correct engineer arrived he was punctual, pleasant and did the job very quickly. He was also very respectful of my disabled husband who was in the adjoining room.

Absolutely love all my Kudd.ly buys! I now can’t sleep without my cooling weighted blanket which is amazing in summer and winter. It’s that good I bought a spare 🙂 My dream pillow is exactly that…a DREAM!! I’ve had neck and shoulder pain for so long but after using the dream pillow for 3 weeks now it feels so much better in the morning when I wake up.
