About my 5th time of using, might be more, quick and cheapest around, never had an issue so it's difficult to say much more. My biggest order was near £3k in case anyone was interested.

Recommended via a youtube channel and since then I have spent a fair bit, great, faultless service and the best price i can find from all the dealers i checked.

Good comms, would thoroughly recommend if anyone is concerned.

Delivered as expected, blind as picked, price was cheapest I could find. All ok, with product and service, but had to drill through steel lintel which was hard work, but done and blind does its job well.
Was slightly worried about light bleed through cord holes, but its ok. Would use this company again if i need more.

Not only was it easy to order and delivered next day, I wanted to mark my 50th birthday with the latest sovereign and 2 others due to having 3 kids. I bought 2 news coins and one best value, they sent me my year of birth as the best value coin, what a fantastic surprise. Not a lot surprises me in a good way these days, but this did, thank you.

Chair arrived at time and day expected. Had a few issues with the item and spoke to a very helpful representative(Allan). He helped me through the issues and demonstrated to me that they care about customer satisfaction. Would recommend and use again.

At todays price from a supplier Fueltool is adding almost £40 on to 500 litres, shop around folks

Went on their website after being directed from google advertising, prices looked too good, and when the chat box popped up I asked - "why do i feel your going to take my money and not send me anything?" they never responded. Truth is all the poor people that got scammed should have know better, yes they had stock whilst no one else did and at cheaper prices....if it looks too good then dont bother. You can always do a little research, the website was registered in August, by another company...it looked so dodgy. PS im selling 10 nintendo switches for £150 each, send your cash to PO BOX 5134.

I do think Google needs to take more responsibility on who they allow to advertise.

Seemed ages (like 24hrs) for each reply with customer services, and then a further days wait for the replacement item code....got there in the end and seems to work.

They use hermes that say they attempt deliveries when they clearly dont. 3 people in the house, window by front door wide open....yet they couldn't deliver....not really impressed by their delivery service. Ordered tuesday night and its friday 10am and still no package.

Sent quickly, impressed with the free gift and keenly priced.

The first order went fine, the order for £400 went bad, ordered on the Thursday afternoon for a saturday delivery. On Saturday I had no courier notification so I went online to their "chat" where I was told by liv it was expected on sat, for the next 20 mins I explained that I had no despatch notification from ccl or dpd. I was rudely told to "kindly wait for notification" and that it was coming.

Few hrs later I went on chat again as nothing where eventually I was told it had not even been sent. I asked for delivery on Sunday as they do that and it's the same price, if not to cancel. They told me couldn't do anything at their level and would pass it to another team. I heard nothing and on Monday I told them to cancel.

Waste of time and effort, they could have put it right if they wanted to but it just appears they dont care.
Got a Kind of half hearted apology, like we get your frustration....but nothing more, went to Scan and got a much better service.

AVOID, AVOID CCL are rubbish at customer service and dont get the orders out when they say they will.

After 2 days of not even picking my £450 order I rang up to complain. The Aria chap said it would be sent out that day. The following day still no movement, rang up and told it was due to a 1p discrepancy that it had not been sent out. Recieved the item on the 5th day at 14.30.

In summary 2 long phone calls to get through, I was lied to by the chap on the first call and had I not rung up twice would it of ever come?

I will not use again and would not recommend.
