Poor Customer Service from Henry Harvin


I did not receive a proper internship certificate in the same format as others I’ve seen. Over three months, I repeatedly followed up with customer support and was given inconsistent information. Although I was told my concern had been escalated, I was later informed that my certficate was “standard” and could not be changed.

After considerable persistence, I was eventually issued a revised certificate — but it still did not match what I expected based on other participants’ experiences. When I raised this again, the responses continued to contradict earlier explanations.

Throughout this process, communication was slow and repetitive. Despite multiple months of follow-ups, I kept receiving the same generic updates without any real resolution. This experience reflected poor coordination and accountability on the institution’s part.
