Needed a replacement part for a Hunter fan that was no longer supported by this USA based company.

Henley Fans was able to supply me with a pattern part from a German company. The part, a control receiver and remote control, was problematic but Henly Fans arranged for a replacement kit to be sent to me directly from Germany and this solved the problem.

Eventually, a satisfied customer. Good customer service from Henly Fans.

Parcelcompare.com offers an excellent method of arranging the carriage of my parcels, at the best rate, from the convenience of my computer. This applies to both domestic and foreign destinations.

Parcels for UK delivery can be deposited at locally registered shops and international parcels are picked up from my home.

Parcelcompare system seeks out the cheapest rate/carrier and allows easy payment via credit card and all the necessary address labels and documentation can be printed out.

Very good buying experience except that my multi-tool didn't arrive with a battery/charger but that was my mistake for not reading the listing properly. However, sorting this out was well handled by FFX but, of course, I had to pay the extra!
