I more or less agree with the 1 star rating. I gave it two stars as there is only 1 nice guy among the gang.

Kamran is rude and almost not interested serving customers.

Took my business to the new store opened on the high street which is expensive but way more friendlier

The owner is incompetent in what is supposedly meant to be their area of specialism. A structure that is influenced by arrogance and control. The workers should be aware of the directors reputation prior to undertaking any role.

I didn’t receive my order and they don’t answer any emails or phone numbers !!
I have paid £70 and I don’t know what to do!

I placed an order on 31st of aug. Which I was supposed to receive on 2nd of September according to dpd mail. But it’s 6th of September and I haven’t heard a word from anyone. I sent mails and did so many calls but no one is answering.
My order number is 18620

No answer to emails, messages or Phone calls. No answer machine either.

They take bank transfer as payments so we dont have anywhere to go if something goes wrong.

Been trying to contact them for a shortage in order - its been 3 weeks since I have been trying.... still trying to call them on 02035388088 which keeps ringing and ringing....

Order placed and no delivery. No customer service either. Lack of response to emails and no-one picks up the phone. Needed the order for a big celebration now stuck.

Alarm bells were ringing when payment was requested by direct transfer (which we did immediately so as not to delay delivery).

Very disappointed.

Placed an online order delivered to the wrong address even though I have an account with them and have placed previous orders. When I eventually received the package items were missing but I have been charged the full amount. Also, no labels or information on the items like use by date, etc.
I have been trying to contact them for the past couple of days by phone and email no response or acknowledgment to my complaint.
I would not recommend them as the service is getting worse.

Good quality meat in Asda Oadby, but way too pricey, never doing any offer, and staff not very friendly either.

Placed 2 qurbani orders online for Eid 2021 and in 2020 also order qurbani with Hajibaba. All the process was quick. Collected the meat from slough store. Nicely cut and well prepared. Kudos to slough store employees. Will use this again.

Your staff at Asda is so lazy. When I requested a whole chicken to be cut into small pieces,he said he is busy and has no time, even though I am the only customer standing there. He insisted that I take the whole chicken and cut it myself. Earlier on I ordered, minced lamb meat. Because of his laziness I decided to go to another halal shop, got a whole chicken (cut into small pieces), lamb shoulder and lamb chops. I doubt that I will come back to your shop again.

Rip off business. Price of minced beef 11£/Kilo. What a joke.

Bought haji baba chicken niblets from Asda eastlands Manchester opened them up and they smell fishy really badly providing they are still in date whether that’s true is another question. I will be paying Asda a visit they take ur money and sell u meat that’s not right. I highly recommend getting ur meat from somewhere else.

Usually pretty good but avoid the lamb mix. Purchased some from Asda Ruislip and there was as much bone as meat.

We use to always get our chicken and meat from their counter within Asda and generally thought their quality was decent. However, a prolonged recent trend we have noticed with the meat and chicken from here is the use by dates are far too extended. You have to use the meat the day you by it or the day after. When the meat/chicken comes within 2 days of the use by date, it smells and is slimey and you’ll end up throwing it rather than using it.

This is not a one off but consistently their meat goes off well before the dates they print on the meat.

1- Excellent meat Quality, I keep buying there Beef Striploin Steak and lamb shoulder. The cut is the about the right size and adequate marbled steak

Great Value and quality Meat

Meat is of great Quality and the packaging was great. It arrived within 3 days of ordering. The Rib Eyes steaks albeit slightly thinly cut , when I BBQ them was juivy and very tender.

The only issue I had was I had a missing item , and felt the time to rectify this took a bit long and could improve

1. Price is way more expensive than local butcher

2. The box was soaking wet even from the outside due to blood leaking from the meat and torn in various places.

3. All the individual packs were dripping of blood/fluid from the meat as they were not packed properly. Some of the polystyrene trays were broken and the meat packs only had a single layer of normal cling film wrapped around the trays which was already torn in some of the packs.

4. When contacted customer service and asked for a refund as the meat has been contaminated and unsafe for consumption, they wanted a picture as insisted it left their warehouse in pristine condition. Thought it was just me and left it at that as I didn’t take any pictures and got rid of everything already but turns out after reading reviews this happened to so many others as well
