These are very well made knives, sharp and designed well. They ARE heavy which may make them harder for people with hand issues such as arthritis to use easily

This is a very sharp useful knife. It works well slicing meat or chopping ginger and garlic. The shape is easier to use with a rocking motion to slice through scallions or shred ginger.

It looks like quality product to me and your rebs have been very helpful and respectful. This is the first time that I'll be using your product so I cannot read it yet but will be happy to later.

The knife is everything it is claimed to be. It is the best I’ve used so far. Great design, the cutting capability is as was claimed. Design is fantastic in application.
