Received a replacement knife free. Edge reflected light just pulling out…
Update: After posting the review below, I was contacted by the company. They have sent me a replacement knife and it has no discernable defects. Much better result Upgrading to 4*
Edge reflected light just pulling out of the box. The packaging for the knife was not damaged, The knife blade itself was damaged. Not fit for use. I was able to capture the burrs with my cell phone camera.
Their support department replied quickly but did not include an offer to replace the knife or make it useable.
I have now opened a ticket with Haarko support after receiving the response below. We will see what happens.
