Delivery took 14 days when we site promises 1-2 days

Response to seller. Schenker skipped my house twice without contacting me and now they promise earliest delivery will be wednesday. Which is 12 days.

I already contacted you the first time they skipped my house. so support was futile from your side. I payed for expensive shipping that promised 1-2 days which I didn't receive.

Poor quality of the products unfortunately

The kettlebell i bought is perfect, no flaws. Delivery was smooth, great experience overall.

Equipment is excellent, but they use Schenker to deliver, which is costly and they make mistakes, and they indeed did not deliver on the day that was agreed. I waited the whole day. Gymkompaniet also allows for pickup at their warehouse, which is what I will do next time.

I couldn't get my order delivered because they used GLS as a courier who are incompetent at home deliveries and they dropped off my package at pick up point far away from my home.
Had to order what I wanted from another company who doesn't use GLS. Discovered that it was also 25% cheaper from another company. So a win for me and a loss for Gymkompaniet.

I ordered some kettlebells and was absolutely positively surprised. I purchased 10 kettlebells from webshops and retalers before and researched a lot and did not shy paying higher prices.

Now Gymkompaniet surprisingly had really low prices and the BEST quality so far. From now on, I will check Gymkompaniet.se first!

Said they would send a link to the shipment when it left them for me to track but they never did. The product did come though.

Very bad delivery company. The transport company refused to deliver my order to my address. The insisted on delivering it on the street. I asked them to deliver it indor, but the refused. I asked them then to take the the order back. I will purchase in an other shop, who can deliver to my company address.

Fast delivery, product is accurate to description on website. Will buy here again. No swish payment option on faktura for after payment tho. Could fix that Svea

It wasn't really clear that the package I ordered wasn't complete so the 20 kg plates will be sent later. It was in the description so that is my fault but it would be better if it was next to the price or under. For the rest perfect delivery really good quality and a good price.
